Bought this for a friend and here is his opinion:No assembly, good grip, and sturdy. The wrist straps that come with it are comfortable to use.

So far so good. It is stable, strong and fit well in the hands. I'm a beginner in calisthenics, so I don't have too much experience in this items, but I like it.

The media could not be loaded. Durable, sleek, and perfect for handstands/HSPU and all levels of calisthenics skills. They’re a little bigger than I expected and maybe less portable but that’s outweighed by the quality

I love these calisthenics bars. They're great to work out and do so many exercises with and to be creative with. I love to do it with practicing on strengthening my arms. It's been doing a great job. It's very simple but powerful at the same time. I highly recommend this item. I still have it for all these months and it's still working like new.
