My Grandma's Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

These are well worth the price and make a nice gift to be shipped to someone. I've sent them to relatives across the country and they have all been pleased and raved about the taste.

I used to bake a similar coffee cake to this, but I think this is really as good as my homemade one! Or almost! Kind of pricy, but such a wonderful treat. I freeze some of it and eat it very slowly. Will order again.....life is short....eat dessert first!!

I sent this cake as a Christmas gift to two siblings and their spouses, my niece and her husband, and my parents. The response was overwhelming! They all spent a nice Christmas Eve together and apparently "My Grandmas Choco!ate Chip Coffee Cake" was the subject that everyone wanted to discuss. I'm so pleased they loved this cake so much, and couldn't give it a stronger recommendation!! Delicious.

It was fresh and flavorful. It is even better warmed about 20 seconds.

This was my second Grandma’s coffee cake. While I think my favorite is the cinnamon walnut, the chocolate chip is very good, too. I particularly like to warm up the slice, very yummy. Also, they say to use, either at room temp or refrigerated, within 12 days, but mine lasted longer in the fridge (you can also freeze it for up to a year).

Just arrived and already half is gone. It will not last 2 days with my family. Everyone is taking hunks. Damn it's so good. I can't find my 10% discount for a new one.

This coffee cake is just delicious, planning to order another one for my Christmas brunch.
