Sharp Looking and Exceeds Expectations!
I bought this for my mother who is very picky. She had a prior Karaoke that simply wore out. This one does it all and is still simple to operate. It comes with its own mike. It also comes with a remote control that has volume control and ability to turn off—No getting out of bed or off the couch to turn it off. Very nice! Lastly, my mother was very impressed at how nice it looks. She is very satisfied with the volume, ease to use, ease to set up, and all the options that come with it. I knocked this one out of the ball park!

The sound quality is very good for a relatively small device
Purchased this as a gift for my husband for Christmas 2017. The sound quality is very good for a relatively small device. Used the dual cassette recording feature-which is a feature very hard to find these days-and it worked well. Have been playing very old record albums and none of them have skipped, which I was expecting given how old they are. Going to assume that has to do with the good quality of the turntable and the stylus. All all in all, good quality for the money. Only complaint is the description led me to believe you could record from the record to a blank CD, and you can’t.

A+ all media player, ok sound
Got this for the double tape deck. This device can and does record all media to cassette, however from aux, blu tooth, and cd it does it poorly, from tape to tape its perfect, though.Sound is OK but not the best, however its just fine for me and is loud enough to where it isn't an issue, the remote it comes with is a nice touch, but sadly the "skip" buttons on the remote only work on the cd player and not as a rewind or fast forward option on the cassette player.Housing of the item is sturdy and attractive enough.Am unsure about the record player since I haven't, and don't intend to use it as well as the karaoke option. This unit does in fact come with a microphone, so if you want a karaoke machine to play your physical media, this seems like a good choice.I'm sure there's nicer players/recorders at this price point but i'm unsure where to find them, so, as stated before this item is good and reliable so far, but i'm sure there's better out there. In conclusion: The rating gets a three star because this unit does a lot that's just "ok" other than recording from cassette to cassette, do not get this unit if you are looking for a good conversion media recorder. Though I have yet to try out the SD to cassette conversion, i'm not holding my breath, but once my SD cards get here I will try the SD to cassette conversion and will update this review.

This attractive but useless hunk of junk should be avoided like the plague.
I knew I was rolling the dice when I purchased an all-in-one stereo unit to begin with, but SHEESH I didn't imagine it would be THIS bad. Slowly but surely, beginning on the day it arrived, things began to go wrong piece by piece....Right away, I noticed that vinyl records sounded *off*, especially on long, sustained notes and instrumental tracks. The speed was not right. I figured I'd keep it, hoping one day to fix it. I also figured simply returning and exchanging the unit for a new one probably wouldn't fare much better.Shortly thereafter, I realized that most 45s automatically stop playing before the song is over. The machine assumes it's the end of the track and the turntable stops turning, even though there is about 30 seconds of music left. One of the primary reasons I cut corners and bought this contraption to begin with was to record quick mix tapes. This worked fine for a bit (literally for two cassettes), but then both decks began producing out-of-tune, warbly sounds that made the off-speed turntable sound like Dolby Atmos. Yikes. You know when you leave a cassette sitting in the sun, and then you try to play it? Yeah, that's the sound. Thankfully it didn't destroy any of my tapes - yet - but I won't dare risk another. Finally, the CD player. How can THAT go wrong, you ask? Well, believe me, the ghosts in the machine found a way to screw that up, too. Most CDs skip, and some won't even play. My Sony boombox from 1998 that I've been playing to death for over two decades STILL works and sounds infinitely better than this new, shoddy disaster.Avoid, avoid, avoid. Don't cut corners like I did. Spend the time and a few extra bucks on individual units. This thing is practically useless, all hyperbole aside. It should be a crime for a company to manufacture products like this. If they made cars, millions of people would've blown up by now.

Very Nice Unit - Tuner reception is standard
Wanted a do-all stereo upgrade from my 30 yr old Panasonic unit. Figured by these days the AM/FM tuner would be as nice as car stereos. This wasn't the case. This comes with a single wire antenna. Just like my old alarm clock. This did not help with reception. Perhaps in the city this would be sufficient, but in the country with mountains it was pretty much ineffective. I did return this as having a radio is important for my needs. The speakers were wonderful - these 15w, mine only 6w. CD player worked well. Had a little trouble getting the tray to eject. Probably a little off from shipping. Once it did then it was fine. Son used his phone through the AUX port and worked easily. Again, the sound was great. No equalizer on this unit. Another reason I selected this unit is the remote had volume control on it - and it worked!. Other units through Amazon had remotes - but no volume control. Remote is the size of a deck of cards, but is legible. Didn't try the cassette. Nice unit, but I really needed a better tuner.

Plays multiple media and can record with mic.
Volume could be a little higher and sound more crisp. Easy to operate in all modes. Mic adjustment should be in front not back.
