These are very convenient for those who need extra fiber, particularly when traveling. Pour one into juice, tea, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, or whatever. It simply disappears into the drink and does not affect the taste, since it has no taste of its own. Very handy!

Bought this for traveling and continue to use at home. Great product. Tasteless in my morning tea or coffee. And it does the job. Gave it fewer stars for cost but now that I am home, I should just buy in bulk instead of the more expensive individual packets. But definitely recommend.

These little guys travel well. I take three a day (per docs orders). I drink about half of a bottle of water and then pour these into the water and drink the other half. So far, it seems to help a little with the IBS symptoms. I do prefer the little packets as I can carry them to work, on trips, etc and just mix when I need them. Oh - and I do take them around 8am - found that morning works better.

Excellent product, easy to use. Product was mailed poorly. Boxes were put into a plastic bag type envelop and the box the product was in were allsmashed.
