I've been taking these vitamins for about a year now. Since then I have noticed that I don't bruise as easily and my fingernails are stronger and I'm taking fewer naps and sleeping better. Those are physical changes that I can directly link to these vitamins.

Has a strong odor, but if you take before eating they work best.. for me at least. Feeling more energy and as a 40 year old, master mechanic.. I should have started these vitamins 5 years ago. If your reading this.. these pills are worth the money.

i have been utilizing this product as my multi vitamin for about 3 months and i can say that my energy levels have increased a decent amount. i get my blood work done often and no longer have any vitamin deficiencies after using this product, its great!

I'm a 6'3 220 lb male and I took 3 capsules per day instead of the recommended 2, yet my ears are still ringing.

Seems to take care of vitamins or minerals that I may have been low on. Have more energy. But biotin gave me neon yellow pee. So only take 2 or 3 times a week. You have to be careful with minerals. They are not water soluble
