Great value for the price level
If you need a beater knife that holds an edge this is your knife. If you need a knife you won't lose sleep over if you lose it in the woods.. this is your knife. It's made with low-grade stainless steel (3CR13.. google it) that's tough, holds an edge, and has the benefits of stainless. I like the knife/scabbard combo with the sharpening stone for the utility. I have a smaller "survival knife" that I use for hammering/digging/prying..etc.. This knife will be used primarily for large cutting and general utility. This knife in addition to a small pocket knife is the perfect combo (in my opinion) for deer field processing. The bottom line: for the price to fun this is one of the better deals I've found.
