Don't know if there's a size chart. but I know they come in size S, M, L.... I use a 7.5-8 shoe size and the size M fitted perfectly.

Q: Do these increase your height?

This insert functions to increase comfort at the heels but does not increase height. The thickness at the heel is about 3/8"; because they are made of gel which will compress under weight, the inserts will not increase height.

Q: Daughter has Sever's and is a dancer. How high up do they go in the back? Will they fit in ballet shoes?

Hi, we used the heel cups to deal with Sever's as well. The back is about a 1/2 inch thick. But, it's very pliable. I would think it is very easy to fit in ballet shoes. The heel cups are great - - combined with the stretching exercises for Sever's, my son is almost feeling normal. Good luck to you!

I wear a size 6 shoe and purchased a small. I would think a size 9.5 would get a med/Large. Was there no information on the packaging?
