Product is great. Shipping not so much.
Bought the 4 piece set, very happy with it. Comfortable and looks sturdy. Product description said furniture would be brought into the house. Nope. Had to put it in the detached shop and pay two guys locally to bring it into the house. This added $60 to the cost of the furniture. Still happy with purchase.

Shipping fiasco
Product decent. Shipping was terrible. I'm still waiting 1 month for a refund from the first order. Shipping company cancelled both my orders, and I had to pick up from warehouse. Never again will I spend $6K on furniture, no du- diligence when using below par shippers. Denver CO

There is nothing that my husband and I dislike about this set! Amazingly comfortable! Beautifully fabricated and solid. The quality is better than we have ever found in a furniture store. Highly recommend this set!

sofa set comfortable
Sofa set is very nice and comfortable. Not so much for the pull out bed. Could use a mattress topper to make it comfortable. You can feel the springs when you lay on it. Also, the feet on all three items are constantly turning and I have to put them back in place, after I have cleaned the floor. We are very happy with how the set looks and comfortable to sit on.

Beautiful furniture. It’s a bit stiff, but it’s breaking in nicely. This is in our living room. Delivery was easy and set up was easy

Like the looks & is comfortable. Was a small tear near a back leg from delivery. The seat is a bit hard but figure it will break in. Great for being able to shop from home.
