Good item and I like the brand.
Ive found the easiest way to use this is to put a small amount of water in it, just enough to tap it on a work surface (once frozen) to break the ice. The bag could benefit from a separate elastic strap to prevent it from dropping off if you move slightly but not a 'deal breaker.' I do like the quality of the Medicos products so I also purchased their knee ice strap. Onwards and upwards.

Good product for the price
Bought this product for arthritis (sudo gout) which is painful joints ... The ice pack calmed the swelling down and eased the pain ..very easy to use either put ice cubes with a little water or put water in the pack and put in freezer and then just bash the pack to break up the ice.
