This item is poisonous , I threw them in the bin.

Good packaging but was surprised that the capsules were loose in the bag they came in.I didn't notice much difference but it was easy enough to add into the plethora of vitamins I take.

I take it first thing in the morning as soon I wake before eating. I feel better since taking it with more energy in the morning
