I had first ordered the mirror, and even though it arrived beautifully, the bluetooth wasn't really working. I contacted the seller and they quickly responded the same day I reached out. This made me feel amazed because of how quick they got back to me and the detailed message that they sent me. They made me feel extremely cared for and fulfilled my satisfactions by providing me with another mirror. Shipping again, was super easy and straight forward. It arrived in such amazing conditions and have not had a problem ever sense. Let me tell you that the light for all 3 levels are vibrant and magnificent! You can dim the lights as low as you want as shown in the video and it goes extremely bright as well. To install the mirror was extremely easy! It took me less than 2 minutes. I was amazed! The mirror fits my room perfectly and have already had family and friends amazed. I LOVE IT and the WONDERFUL help that I received ☺️! THANK YOU SO MUCH and I truly recommend this beautiful mirror🤩!

As a bonus to my search this mirror Also includes one USBport ..You can charge any device when you’re using the mirror or Not using the mirror. The light settings are cool, neutral and warm. Keep in Mind to “Long Press” the Lightbulb button to Dim the lights up & down & press quickly to change the light setting ! I couldn’t figure out the dimming process the first day when I tried and the directions weren’t quite clear to me!The mirror arrived in great condition ! Shipping took a while because usps didn’t send it to me on time ( they left it in the van for an extra 3 days instead of placing it in my delivery locker at my complex.) I caught the van while driving out my complex..then asked them about my mirror.. and thats how I received my item.The only thing I’m not too happy about is that I can NOT change the bulbs on this mirror. I bought this for my 14 year old daughter and she loves it. She gets so many compliments on it too when people come over. Very happy with our purchase.

The mirror is large but wobbles because the stand is not properly secured with screws. It’s almost impossible to use it as a makeup mirror because it feels more like a nightlight. To make it functional, I would need additional lighting. Even on high level lightening.This product is not worth the price, and the quality is very poor.

I love this mirror ! I have researched so many different mirrors, trying to find the best value at a reasonable price, and this is an awesome deal for $199! I was wanting an Impressions Vanity mirror for years, but even during their best sales, after taxes, shipping, and insurance, I just couldn’t take a chance to spend that sort of money right now, and some of the reviews are really bad. I’ve also heard their shipping can be very slow.This is by far the best deal I’ve come across for a large mirror (My measuring has it at 31.6” long and 23 1/2” tall, not including the base.) Eventually, I would like to get an Impressions Vanity glass tabletop, and maybe some IKEA Alex drawers.The Bluetooth is great, and the volume controls are also excellent, but as my husband noted, there isn’t much base to it.Speaking of bases, the base for the mirror is metal, simple to attach to the mirror, but it did come with a few minor scratches to one of the corners. It isn’t a huge deal though, as it is mostly unnoticeable, and I figure so can touch it up with nail polish or something.If you’re thinking about getting this mirror, I would say just do it! Shipping from Amazon is super fast, and the return process is simple!June 2023 update: All of the lights still work great! Bluetooth has stopped working, however. I’ve tried everything, from unplugging it and replugging it, restarting my phone, etc.

The closest thing to the Riki Tall I could find with a reasonable price. The mirror has exceptionally bright lights That are absolutely necessary When doing makeup.Dislike: Misleading magnetic ability! Only in one (like 6“ x 6“) spot on the top middle of the mirror can you place the phone or the magnification mirror. There is not enough room to use both! And how useful is a magnification mirror 3 inches under the top lights when you are looking at yourself seated in the center of the mirror? I'm definitely not happy about that. The mirror, being magnetized with the phone holder, was a HUGE selling point because I like to read, FaceTime, watch stuff, etc., as I am getting ready. Phone placement is only available at the top center. 6” under the lights is not useful. The remote control works fine, although you do need to have the remote in line with the sensor on the mirror for it to work. I have to figure out an attractive way to lift the mirror at least 10” because it is not tall enough when sitting directly on my table hight desk. This list of negatives is acceptable to me when compared to the Ricky mirror, which costs hundreds more than this mirror. This one would also be so much more appealing if it could be used vertically.
