Extra Purchases required for some compatability
Headset is compatible with phone, it has good clarity and range, but after it arrived, I found you had to have an additional device in order to answer call from the headset. It is not stated anywhere except in the user manual for the headset.

Not recognized by Win 10 or Win 11
The latest update to Windows 10 causes this device to become non-functional. Error message "Unrecognized USB Device". Same issue with Windows 11. We have several of these headsets and can no longer use the devices with Windows. Sangoma offers no updated drivers.
