Great for Rice water!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this particular rice for making rice water for one of my face washing soap bars! It is full of nutrition for the face! (I have no idea how it tastes as I have never eaten it, lol.)

I ordered red or black rice from three different companies And I received moldy rice from two of those companies. The rice I order from Lotus foods is always clean and fresh. I will only order from this company from now on. Excellent taste and quality!

good healthy rice
I like the smaller amounts of rice packaging. That way the rice stays better andI don't worry about bugs. Has nice flavor for rice and am told it is a lot healthier than white or brown rice.

Delicious rice in any recipe.
Up until now wild rice was my favorite, but now this rice is. It is my go to rice now for any recipe that doesn't absolutely need a different rice, e.g. sticky rice, etc.

tasty rice
This rice has better flavor --in my opinion -- than regular brown rice or white rice and is less starchy. It's actually redder than the red rice we ate at every meal on a recent trip to Bhutan; I wonder if they export the reddest. It tastes the same as the rice did in Bhutan, which is good. Rice experimenters should also try "Forbidden Rice," which is a Chinese black rice and is particularly good.
