Easy to use
This iron is very light to use. Plenty of steam but you have to keep your finger on the button whilst you use it. Would have liked it to fit more securely into the base when not in use. It is good value for the money.

great iron
I am in a wheel chair so must sit down to iron. This is a very light iron so great for me. The steam output is very good which is important because I often delay doing the ironing so clothes are very dry. Also the tank gives plenty of water for the whole load. I've only used it a couple of times but at this moment I am delighted with it. I can't understand the complaint some people have with it but for now it's the best.

Works great
Really happy with this iron. The iron plate is so smooth it glides over shirts so easy. The steam function is brilliant. Great value for money

Purchased for my Mum and she absolutely over it. Light weight and so easy to use.

Great but not for me.
The iron is great for general use. I felt though for me it wasn’t enough steam. My previous iron that went bust, was Azure from Philips. The steam is less compared to that iron, plus it sticks to some materials which I didn’t like. Last iron wasn’t steam generator iron but it didn’t stick so easily. So it’s not for me and I returned it. Steam generator irons are big bulky and expensive, but I wanted one had to convince husband. Then it wasn’t worth it at the end. Still looking for the right one and to convince the husband that the price and weight is worth it! Let’s see…the search goes on!

Lulled into a false sense of security!
First impression was this was a great iron…the best we’ve ever had. It steamed through sheets, meaning no need to turn them and iron the other side. It cut down ironing time by at least a half. But as time went on the steam reduced, the ironing became harder. I approached Russell Hobbs who replaced the iron free of charge. Now the same has happened after less than a year. We have followed the instructions…we have replaced the filters like we are supposed to. Frankly it’s not worth the money.
