One of the nicer wooden boxes you'll find
Overall I was impressed with the quality and build of this wooden box. It's not the heaviest , but still feels premium. The paint was exceptional, the latch and hinge were excellent. It looks beautiful.However, my box had 1 issue with it. The front corner was sanded down too much, so when the box is closed, you can see the gap in the corner (see attached photo). I think this is a one-off and wouldn't hesitate to order again. Top notch product for sure

Very nice Wooden Box.
This is a hardwood box, very well made. The top and bottom are a bit thin(⅛"?) and it feels it. The bottom is covered with felt so as NOT to scratch any surface that it's set on. The latch is sturdy and has a cheap lock with pressed keys. In this day and age it's well worth the $50 I paid. It's the 2nd one I've gotten. This brand seems to have Quality workmanship. So many things are being made of bamboo these days, finding hardwood isn't easy, this is heirloom quality. Get one while you still can!! Have a Great day 😎

Great wooden box

Everything you'd want in a keepsake box.
I bought this to be used to put together a Christmas gift, but plans changed and I ended up returning it. However, later on down the road if I end up needing another similar box, this will 100% be the one I look to.The box is sturdy, packaged carefully and thoroughly, and comes with a lock and 2 keys. The box isn't heavy, but it's got a bit of heft to it (solid and not super cheap). With that being said, this is not some high end luxury kind of box with exotic woods; you're spending $40 and getting that price. If you want luxury, this is not the box for you, but if you want high quality at a good price, you'll be happy here.

Nice Looking - Clasp Fell Off After 1 Month
This was purchased for meds which need to be on the kitchen counter. It's handsome. However, after 3 weeks use, the one screw fell off. I screwed it back in and glued it. 1 week later the entire top clasp fell off.

Beautiful wooden box with lock & key
I have given all 4 grandsons this box as a gift. I had their names engraved on a plate by the local trophy shop & they applied the name plate. The boys are using it to put personal items in or whatever they want. They love that it has a lock & key!
