Q: Would this work for a Koi Pond - what equipment other than camera is outisde?

Compared with other cameras, our underwater camera delivers 8MP (3840×2160) resolution and providing higher quality underwater views. - Before accessing the camera from a PC or mobile phone, you need to connect the camera to the PC or Switch or Router，you can view the video from Mobile App (Guard Viewer), or equipped with our Handheld Terminal to configure camera and display video locally.

Q: If i just want to view the signal locally (within 30 ft) what would i need to have? could i blue-tooth to a smart phone or hardwire to a viewscreen?
