Hands down, the best book
As someone who suffers with chronic anxiety, this book is gold.It is written in such an easy to understand manner. The questions and exercises are easy to follow.I highly recomment this book.

Phenomenal
This books is so accessible and gave me a lot of tools. If you’ve read “The Body Keeps Score” I always recommend this as a more accessible (less clinical, and less heavy) follow-up!
