Good deal.
Works really well. Made from silicone so no allergic reaction as with latex.

Junk
What a waste of 6 bucks! Terrible design, impossible to apply if you don't get it perfectly the first time. Don't waste you money on this junk.

Tips for use
Trimming is good idea especially at base of shaft (shave it there) and above that trim to keep out of the way for application. So I tried these to compare to spirit brand and both worked about the same. Application is very important! Clean throughly then again w alcohol if tolerable (maybe shave day before if having to shave part of shaft where you clean with alcohol allow to dry !)So for circumcized it's a must to pull forward the skin just to below the rim(tricky put achievable) ,also getting the tip of penis about halfway in the ballooned section (also tricky but doable ,try to pinch tip of penis on outside of condom while in ballooned area and roll it on as you try and keep foreskin in place I know I know seems impossible) . Firmly grip around applied condom for about 15 sec to ensure adhesion. Near the base end I wrapped a tape on condom NOT skin(from other type of condom supplied but available here separately)for added protection especially if your active it tends to start to unroll because no adhesive on end.Another thing I did for the first few times was wear a pull up and sliced a hole just big enough for tube / condom connection to come through until I was able to ensure this would work out they way I expected it to.( take care in marking where to make this slice so as not to position penis to where kinking can happen I find in the seated position works best for me). They need like a stiff ring to place in the ballooned area to keep it from collapsing and maybe help with flow restriction which really doesn't seem to be an issue but appears that way because that tip is collapsed during usage. The ribbed part I guess was designed for that but back to drawing board engineer!

Be sure to order the correct size. Made from stretchy, breathable PSX silicone.
A family member with Parkinson's Disease has trouble getting out of bed to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, having PD seems to cause him to go more at night when sleeping. After researching and learning about external catheters, he decided to try one. A home health nurse measured him using the size guide I printed from the Coloplast dot us site.~~~The guide is hard to find...go to Personalized fit, answer the questions and click the link to print the measuring guide.~~~She measured him wrong - I ordered the wrong size. Not being able to use the 28mm one, I decided to go back to the Coloplast site & order samples in varying sizes. Ordering the samples was useful because directions for use were included. The site has directions also. His nurse didn't have any problems following the directions & connected it to an overnight bag. Using an external catheter was more involved than we realized. We weren't sure what to expect that first night so he wore extra protection to bed in case something leaked or the catheter fell off.I did more research, read some blogs & learned that the tubing on external catheters might kink or twist during the night which could cause leakage or backup. Sure enough, the external catheter, which is soft, kinked. It was straightened out, but it bent again later. To be clear, the bellow portion didn't bend, but the tube extending from the bellow did. However, the catheter stayed on (there was some leakage but most was contained in the overnight bag). Since it was the first time using an external catheter, it might not have been correctly positioned. He plans on talking with his urologist to see what overnight options will work best for him.The external catheter can be worn for 24 hours & then disposed of. It's not designed to be reused. It can be attached to a leg bag or on overnight bag.You might want to use a skin protectant before applying the catheter. The Conveen Optima is made from stretchy, breathable, PSX silicone material.
