Worth for the price
I have been using this chair for 2 years now and it's been in good condition. Not the most comfortable for the back - so if you're looking for something ergonomic. Don't get it.But if you just need a chair to sit at for guests or when you work for few hours - it suits the need.

I bought this item in direct IKEA store/ ikea online @ 699. The product is good though. Light weight and easy to carry.

Defective product received
I received the chair with one of the bottom support missing. I immediately place order for replacement, no response for it. Then I called the customer service, they asked to return the product, the person who came to pickup the product said he can't pickup the product as it is big in size, no one came there after.
