The fact the author has personally been through the subject matter shows and reading it during the early days of facing the toxic relationship I had with my mother honestly felt like I had a therapist/friend educating me, supporting me and giving me answers to so many questions I had. Excellent well written book, such a useful tool to navigate relationships with difficult mothers

You will be saying OH MY GOD by the second page. Even if the narcissist in your life isn’t your mother, this book is still relevant and so helpful and so informative and SO VALIDATING!! Highly recommend! I’m buying it for everyone I know for Christmas.
