This is a really good sea salt I use for just about everything except for salads because the salt will melt when you cook with it but when it's in your salad I don't like having big pieces of salt lol. The flavor profile of this salt is very nice, it doesn't have any harshness to it at all, it's a very clean salt that does not overpower the flavor of the underlying food. I really recommend this investment because it will last a while and your dishes really get elevated by this salt, it's noticeably better as far as flavor than regular salt from the grocery store

I thought I was buying Cypress flake salt. Not necessarily so. The flakes are actually triangular prism shapes. Very substantial. For my use, I put some in my mortar and pestle. Then lightly ground them into more usable consistent flakes-like shapes. It worked well for my needs.

Simple product that adds incredible flavor and texture to shepherds pie, savory pies, brownies, homemade chocolates, buttermilk biscuits, everything nachos, etc. it’s different than regular salt. It has to be flaked salt to add to the texture and flavor.

Little goes a long way... true salty flavor..No chemical taste.. just pure salt.. love the thin crystal texture.. now to find a dispenser that won't crush the crystals

The salt was great! Tasted good and was a course flake mostly. Not to many soft flakes. You may want to pour your salt into a reusable glass container. I haphazardly dropped my salt into the dishwater. At least my dishes received a luxury salt bath! I was super upset because I only had the box of salt for less than a week!!! 😞😭😭😭
