You pop those pork chops in the bag, sprinkle in the seasoning, and let it do its magic.The flavors are simply delightful—savory and just the right amount of spice. It makes the meat so tender, you could almost cut it with a fork! And the cleanup? A breeze! No messy pans to scrub.Honestly, it’s perfect for a busy day when you want a home-cooked meal without all the fuss. Just like I used to make, but without the hassle. I’d say it’s a winner in my book! Now, who wants some cookies?

I have been using this product for years but no longer find it available in local grocery stores. I like to add a few drops of soy sauce around my pork chops and a nice sized slice of onion over each chop before tying up the bag for baking. They always come out so tender and favorable with no mess.

I was hesitant to use this because I didn't think it would keep the pork chops from drying out.Was I ever wrong!The chops were even overcooked a little to ensure they were fully cooked and they still came out juicy and full of flavor.I put this into a foil lined 9x13 pan and I only snipped three holes into the baggie with scissors and the bag held up and didn't leak, clean up was a cinch.I made the mistake of trying to rub the seasoning into the meat and ended up with more on my fingers then on the meat.Next time I will just sprinkle it on and leave it alone.The seasoning mix is super fine, so as long as the pork chops are a little wet, the seasoning should stick to them with ease.The flavor of the seasoning reminded me of the old recipe for Lawry's seasoning salt before they took the MSG out of it.Don't worry, this doesn't have MSG in it either.The flavor was a nice walk down memory lane though.

So easy to use and very easy cleanup for my pan n is a different taste from my spices it's a nice change

I have used the McCormick pork chop bags for years. I loved the flavor.My local stores stopped carrying them so I wasn't able to enjoy my chops. I looked on Amazon and found them. I was so excited. Imagine my disappointment when I fixed chops tonight and the flavor was completely different than what I was used to. I don't know why companies feel the need to change a great product. They were good but nowhere near the deliciousness of the "old" bag n season

Product in perfect condition and was a reasonable price.
