The media could not be loaded. Very stylish and cool electric fire, delighted with the quality. Great heat out of it. Was installed in my sons games room and I'm very tempted to buy one for the sitting room now! Very easy to fit and great value. Comes with a remote to turn on and off lighting and heat.

Bought for a media wall display and used only for the fire effect and not for heating. Colours are vibrant and bright, flame effect is realistic. There was an issue with a dent on the grille but this was dealt with efficiently and promptly Recommended over the £600+ units available.

I wasnt sure about this fire when it first arrived but now its up and running i have grown to love it. Easy to use, looks lovely with a variety of colours and the fact that you can sink it into the wall is a bonus.My only gripe is that the heat output isnt that hot, i have it in a medium sized room, any larger and I dont think it would heat it at all, for rooms smaller than 30sqm this is perfect though.

light effect works great but the heating element cuts out straight away so a fire with no heat and no wy to contact the seller
