Yes. F40 is a Privacy set like the bathroom door lock and includes knobs on both side and all other hardware needed to complete installation.

Does this matte black finish hold up to direct sunlight? Does it scratch easily?

Our handles have held up quite well over the last year and a half. The black finish on the strikes, however, has worn down from opening and closing the doors.
