Not great for elastic nipples
These are 15mm flanges that fit lansinoh (and medela, and maymom spectra parts) but if you have elastic nipples I would avoid them entirely. I normally use maymom flanges but decided to try these. Where the 15mm transitons to the larger size needed to fit the pump adapter part... it's a sharp edge/corner rather than the rounded corner like maymom. Makes these painful and likely to cause damage unfortunately.

I sized myself and discovered this was the replacement I needed. I used it for Lansinoh and it’s awesome. I couldn’t find if you were supposed to boil it so I tried it, and it didn’t melt or break ! Works perfect for me 😊
