Super fast, no nonsense delivery
Firstly the delivery was next day and very fast.I’ve always been quite sceptical that something so simple could work for what has been years of pain and discomfort (personally).Upon receiving these I placed them on my knees and immediately felt a good deal of the usual discomfort disappear.After a few minutes I tried a couple of the walking lunges and squats that we do at training, immediately noticed the difference within the knee joints.I’m not saying these straps are a miracle, but 100% take away about 95% of my pain and discomfort, would definitely recommend these 👍🏻

I have used them whilst going for runs, I feel more confident because it holds my shin, so the pressure applied seems to work, also, I have been doing some different stretches and it has worked, so maybe it's a mix of both.
