I upgraded after having the original galaxy buds for the last 3 years. These are a fantastic upgrade. There is no hard piece that caused my ear to hurt when I'd wear them for long periods of time with the first pair. I also like that in the app it will show if the bud piece is a perfect fit or not for your ear! They also stay in my ears way better than the older version. And the biggest upgrade is the distance you can walk away from your phone without it disconnecting. I work in an extremely large building where I have to leave my phone in an area while I work, but I can listen to music or audio books without it cutting out or disconnecting after a short distance. My wife says the sound quality when talking is not the best. Like it's muffled or like I'm talking with my hand over my mouth. But I didn't expect the quality to be the best for the mic. They are super noise cancelling too!!! I do wish the case was green instead of white though like the other versions where the buds match the case.

Buy them! They are comfortable. Does not try and fall out of my ears like I thought they would. They are a bit difficult to navigate, it definitely takes some learning to get used to how to use the tap features (former skullcandy user) but once you do, it's doable. I love the sound quality! For the low price of these earbuds, you cannot go wrong. I am the type of person who do not spend alot of money on earbuds;however, I keep losing my black skullcandy buds, buy another one, lose those, buy another and find the original lost one, lose both of those and find the second one I lost. I hate the cycle so i decided to buy some that are lighter in color (way smaller and easier to lose but the quality is so much better). I haven't lost them yet!! Knock on wood. If this is the sign to buy, buy them! The noise cancelation is top notch! I usually wear them when I am walking the mile it takes to get to my son school and back home and I wouldn't even hear the LA traffic and horns next to me. Dangerous for those without situational awareness but great for when you are trying to get into the zone!

I bought the original Galaxy Buds Pro a little over 2 years ago. I was working as an Amazon delivery driver at the time and I used them every day. Even after I graduated school and went to work in an office, I used them every day. Then I went on a trip to Yellowstone and lost the right ear bud in an airport. It was so disappointing! Even after using the OG buds pro, they were still working great. The left earbud served me well for another month until I decided to get a full set.After doing some research, I settled on the Buds2 because the price was right. I am not disappointed! The sound quality is better, the fit is better and the noise canceling is better. They don't look quite as nice to me, but that's subjective. I am glad I didn't spring for the buds2 pro.I literally have no complaints and the Samsung Galaxy Buds series are still my favorite. Somehow they improved on earbuds I already thought were perfect. Battery life is comparable to my Buds Pro. The bass response is the best I have ever heard in a set of earbuds. It's truly impressive and I can't recommend these enough! Especially at the price point. I have not heard the super expensive Bose or Sony ones, so maybe they are better but they are also 4 to 6 times more expensive than these and I can't imagine the return on investment would be worth it.Edit: After a month, these things are toast. My kids knocked it off a table. Case won't close any more. Right earbud came flying out. Here's where the case falls short. The earbuds are not super secure in the case and have flown out of the case onto the floor on me multiple times. Threw these away after a month. No staying power unfortunately.

Almost lasted my boyfriend 2 years, and he was not gentle. He literally took them everywhere, even to his construction job!
