5 Month Follow up Review -3 Stars due to poor longevity
My original review below - I have been using this "butt pillow" every day for the past 4 months. Admittedly, it did initially help with my ability to sit for extended periods of time while I work at my computer. Recently I have been noticing it does not seem to be working as well and I have started getting pain in my tailbone again. the memory foam in this product has sadly developed amnesia and it no longer poofs back up to its former fluffiness. Taking 2 stars off my review as it should last longer than 5 months - but I'm now actively looking for a replacement. (The folding portable seat cushion is still working strong 2 years later and was less money - go figure.This cushion is fairly comfortable - more so than the folding portable seat cushion I use for air travel. I expected this to be a little more comfortable than it is which is why the 4-star rating. It definitely helps a lot and I would still recommend it - but my butt still hurts when using for long periods of time.

I love it!!…and I’m not the only one.
The cushion is well made for the price. I use it in my home office for 2-4 hours at time. It’s slightly firmer than most memory foam, but it provides good support. The ergonomics are nice. lt doesn’t “smash down” much but it’s nice if you don’t mind a bit of a boost. My cat loves it.. so there’s that. 🙂

I used the cushion in my kayak
I hurt my sciatic months ago and was going on a weekend camping kayak trip and was afraid I would be in pain so I bought this for my (boat cushion) and put it in a dry bag so it wouldn’t get wet. I’ve kayaked for 10 years and that was the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my boat on the river! It helped relieved existing pains and was supportive. It’s made very well and easy to use in various seating situations.

Pillow is to firm and not recommended for a car seat
Pillow is to firm/thick and not recommended for a car seat as your head is almost on the ceiling and also is challenging to get your head into the vehicle. Go with a softer version which are on the market and I have used in vehicles.
