Fine for the price
These don’t spark joy but for the price they seem fine. They come individually packaged, which is nice, and I have only tested one of the batch. The wire is thinner and more flexible than on the thermocouple I bought them to replace. That’s not necessarily a drawback. I suspect they tend to be rather brittle anyway, and are best treated as consumables.

Cheap and adequate
No good for food as they'd get dirty, I've put extra heat shrink on as the tiny bead is exposed out of the end, wouldn't have been any extra problem for the manufacturer to do that but they were cheap enough. Accuracy is as good as any other ones I've used.

Good value
They are what they are, type K thermocouples and little else needs to be said other than I have used them before and sometimes the plugs need jiggling a bit to make proper contact with the readout unit.

Ok for price
Fairly flimsy but ok

Cheap and they work just as well as a not cheap thermocouple
Great value and just as good as the much more expensive units I have used at workChecked them using boiling water and they all came out within a degree or so of each other, which for checking out my heating was near enough, cheap enough to not worry about breaking them and plenty to leave in place while you investigateHandy if you are a plumber or heating engineer, as well as more industrial uses on heat exchangers
