This product isn't packaged fully; it comes half full, and the double pack isn't such a bargain because the half-empty container leaves you with only one actual jar between the two; I was disappointed when I opened the jar. Expect a partial jar.

Felt the heat up within seconds of putting it on. Would not recommend putting it on in the sauna it literally will burn for awhile before you actually start sweating ( tested and failed)

I like the way this cream helps me through my workouts. It does create a warming feeling and I wear a waist trainer over it to help me sweat more. The scent to me was somewhat “minty” but I reduced 1in off my waist with it a week of use.
