Really sensitive. No issues if you follow instructions.
I want to say that I have been very pleased with these tests. I have bought them several times over the last 2 years, while trying to conceive. I have taken something like 80 of them in that time. In there, I have never had any evaporation lines, false positives, or streaking. They only time I had a positive test was when I actually had Hcg in my system, confirmed by blood test. (I even tested one with plain water once, just out of curiosity, and didn't get any funny lines.)I will say, they really do register 10 miu. Last winter, I had a chemical pregnancy. I was getting faint lines, and my blood level was 16 miu. Then, when I had no line, I had a blood test an hour later and my level was down to 4 miu.More recently, I had a faint line again. This time, it kept getting darker. After 5 days, the indicator line still wasn't as dark as the control, but my blood test showed 250 miu. Five more days later, the line was finally as dark as the control. So, so tips:-When the level is low, the faint line takes the full 5 minutes to show up.-The indicator line will be faint at 10 miu. You will find yourself squinting, but it will get darker in a few days of things are going well. It gets darker with higher levels, and may not match the control until levels are in the hundreds. But a faint line still is positive.-You may get a faster result if levels are higher, but wait the full 5 minutes before you decide it is negative.-I have never had problems with evaps because I follow the directions. Pee in a cup and dip for the full 5 seconds. That is 5 Mississippis, not a quick count. I found I could just see the liquid getting to the indicator area as I got to 5. Never had evaps or streaking that lasted past the 5 minute "curing" time.-A positive line will be as wide as the control at 5 minutes (but may be fainter), but after it dries, it will look thin. I have never had a line appear later that wasn't positive at 5 minutes.I hope this helps you and you get the result you are hoping for! Good luck!

I'm loving these test for a couple of reasons!
These tests are wonderful; I feel that those who gave them poor reviews were most likely not following instructions. I had no problems with evap lines nor with the streakiness mentioned by some reviewers. After dipping the strip in the specimen for about 4 seconds, you do see some streakiness as the test is developing. However, after giving it the 10 minutes to develop (as the instructions suggest), the streakiness is gone and the control line will appear. If you get a positive, it will look more faint after 30 minutes, so be sure to check it within the recommended time frame.I tested 5 dpo to get an idea of what a negative would look like (as I knew it would be too early for a positive) and saw no evaporation lines. I tested again at 7 dpo and saw a negative. At 8 dpo, though, I saw a very, very faint line. I would have doubted it had I not seen the negative at 5 dpo and known how white a negative looks. At 9 dpo is was dark enough so that my husband also saw it, and they've increased in darkness since. I'm at 13 dpo today and it's time for AF, but she's not showing and I have a BFP!!!I neglected to mention that at 10 dpo I tested with an Answer brand test strip, but saw nothing. I highly recommend these tests; their sensitivity helps to shorten the two week wait down to just over a week! I'm 36, have two children, miscarried with my third pregnancy about a year ago, and have been trying for number three for the last year; the TWW was making me crazier than it did when I was younger (tick, tick), so I'm so glad that these test were out there to save me about five days of pacing and wondering. Good luck to all who are TTC!

excellent for early detection but can be confusing :)
I am not new to home pregnancy test (as this will be our 6th baby). I purchased these wanting to test early (even though I have vowed in the past to never test so early) I broke my own rule with these! I tested at 9dpo negative. the following morning 10dpo with FMU I got a super super faint line. the only reason I caught it was bc it just looked a tad different than the day before. IT TAKES ABOUT 10 MINS TO GET A POSITIVE READ WITH THESE!!! after the 30 minute window the line would disappear. I tested again the same day and the same thing. I contacted the company and they said that is common with this product to totally disregaurd the test after 30 mins! any line is a positive read. the next morning FMU 11dpo I got another very faint line but even my husband could see it. again disappeared after the 30 min. 12dop got a tad darker (but still faint) BFP and a Positive read on digital. product does work great for early detection BUT please know they take much longer than store bought test do to complete the test for true reading. and they don't seem to at any point give a good dark line....maybe in another week or two. if you don't go into using this product knowing it takes longer and that positive lines WILL BE VERY VERY FAINT when testing so early. you may drive yourself nuts! the line on mine was so faint (even though I kept getting several) that I wondered if they were ghost or evaps. (even though I was def seeing them within the proper time frame NOT AFTER)....I was so skeptical that I ran a test with tap water expecting it to look the same as my urine read but it did not...it was absolutely BFN. Be sure to hold the test strip in urine for a FULL 5 SECONDS. this will keep you from getting streaks. also the test window needs to be stark white (no pink tint) for you to know its done and ready to read.....LISTEN TO ME CLOSELY....THIS IS NOT LIKE THE STORE TEST WHERE A POSITIVE TYPICALLY POPS UP IN ABOUT 2 MINS. IT WILL TAKE 10-15 MINS. and don't be surprised if it disappears after the time. (it will make you feel crazy. but the product does absolutely test earlier than any I have ever used! the first picture is my urine test on the top and the tap test on bottom. the urine has a very faint line (a little harder to see in picture....was still super faint in person too) taken at 11dpo. the second is the 12dpo positive test...im adding these so you can see just how faint these positive lines are! good luck
