The best Rat Trap I ever used
Finally I got this Rat Trap which I have been searching for years. I was too much bothered by the big dirty rats which were digging holes in my garden & also in my compound wall. I tried many tricks to get rid of the rats but not succeeded. But this Atco Rat Trap solved my problem so easily that my garden is now almost rat free. It had killed almost 2 dozen big rats. Big rats means equal size of a Cat, so one can imagine how powerful this Trap is. I am 100% satisfied, so go for it.

Ok if you know how to set it
This is just like Black Cat, but I think the metal parts are better quality. Unfortunately, it has the same design flaw as well. The rat must lift the trigger lever before it will snap shut, and most of the time they run off with the bait and never trigger the trap. I found a way to make the rat trigger the trap every time. I put a piece of watermelon skin on the trigger and put peanut butter underneath the watermelon piece. The rat has to use its nose to lift the trigger lever to get to the peanut butter. I have killed 6 rats in 6 days with this method. Also, this is a very strong trap. It killed a rat that was about 10 inches (not including the tail). It will break fingers, so be careful. Keep kids and pets away from it! I had to put it in an area that my dogs could get to, so I put the trap in a box with a hole in the side big enough for the rat, but my dogs couldn't get in. This kept the dogs safe. Overall it is quite sturdy, but I have noticed that the strain of holding the spring is pulling at the plastic. You can see the plastic is starting to discolor underneath, so not sure how long it will last.

It can cut fingers while placing, that much powerful 😁 it is, any thing will definitely die , this is the best trap in ever for bandicoot 👍

Good quality strong spring
Good product but need to be careful whilst activating it the spring trigger can hurt the fingers easily.body needs to be heavier can be pushed aside by rat.
