So I've read many times that milk thistle is very beneficial, so I've taken it before but I can't say I noticed anything life changing about it...just figured it was helping but more under the radar in terms of noticeable benefits. Well, I just recently watched a docuseries class on the liver and milk thistle helps make glutathione which is very beneficial to the liver and the body just in general. So I decided to try again. I looked for the strongest, organic one I could find.I don't really have any known liver issues, however I do have kidney issues. Both liver and kidneys work to filter waste and toxins from the body. My kidneys don't filter like they need to so I thought perhaps giving my liver some extra support might also help my kidneys. And it definitely seems to be working!! What I notice: 1. Ankle swelling is almost totally gone. 2. I believe it is helping me sleep better. 3. Feel more energetic which is a big deal with kidneys not functioning to full capacity. This is helping. 4. Improving elimination in the morning. It's now easier and more complete. Disclosure: I take more than the recommended dose. I usually take 3 a day. What I like is that this is organic, veggie capsules, and extra strength extract - I can actually tell it is helping me. What I don't like is the small capsule count. I wish they offered bigger bottles with 120 caps, and at a bit better price. But this is worth it for me.

This is one thing I have been taking daily, it has helped improve my lab work. Previously I had some concerning lab's, I did some research and found that Milk Thistle has all sorts of benefits. Def a good value for the strength.

Those are easy to swallow and do the job well. They're good for kidney/liver etc. You can feel a difference after taking them. They're organic and good value!

I did purchase this product and took a chance that It would work for my wife and I. I take this product every day and my wife also takes this product. I purchased it for a fatty Liver issue and because my wife can not take just anything because it upsets the stomach. With this product she can take the Milk Thistle and not upset her stomach. I would recommend this product now that I have tried it plus my wife and I take it everyday. I would also state I did research what can be taken over the counter that we do not need a doctor for that works the best. This product does seem to help and I am a person that will try and then trust. I will be purchasing this product again.
