Great for new lifters
It's a great beginner bar. My twin sixth graders and 9th grader have all just started lifting. They were having a really hard time with the traditional 45 lb bar, but since we switched to the training bar they are much more confident and willing to lift. It's a bit of an investment, but it can really make a difference for people new to strength training.

GREAT Barbell
Great barbell. Ends rotate smoothly and well made. The ends are slippery so you must have a clip to hold the plates on. Love that the grip doesn’t rip your hands apart. Nice change from breaking in otherNew barbels.

This is a perfect training too. Works really well to help train younger children as well. It is very sturdy and light so perfect for perfecting the movements and not having to worry about strain. Works perfectly with adding weights and the standard locks.
