This mat is awesome and the thickness is perfect to protect any strain on knees
I practice yoga regularly. I was searching for knee pads to use during my workout since some of the exercises require me to kneel. My yoga mat didn't seem to be enough so I tried to find knee pads. Went through several options online. Bought this one as it seemed suitable for my requirement and the price was comparatively low. It's been awesome! It's small enough that I can still carry it with my other yoga gear. It fits perfectly across my mat and between the thickness of this mat and my actual yoga mat, my knee pain is gone!The knee pad is shipped in rolled form. However once you open and place on the floor, it becomes flat.
