Mic stopped working in less than four months of buying. No information available for how to get product support or warranty claims. Amazon keeps shuttling me between 'your orders' and 'customer care'.

Using for 2 months, short review
Using this headphone for couple of months now.1. Teams/Slack/Webex Sound - very good to ear 9.5/10.2. Volume loudness -8.5/10.(Although it is good that max volume is not so loud, but in some very cases we need loud sound. However for over all usage of it, i'm rating it high).3. Fit to head - 6/10, this is a problem area. There is no adjustment slider. So different size of headight have issues, especially smaller ones. I struggle sometimes due to this.4. Fee to ear - 7/10. It is good here.5. Music and other entertainment stuff - 7/10.6. Noise cancellation - 5/107. Mobile - it has 3.5 mm jack for most mobiles.8. Mouthpiece - 8/10. Cliarity to other end is crisp.(my colleagues feedback)Conclusion: Highly recommend for calls/office use. The primary function of sound during calls is very good.For music it is average.

Only good for office calls
Overall build quality is good, but not for music . Only good for office calls. Best thing it came with 3.5 trrs connector. I'm using it with Asus AI noise cancellation adapter. Noice cancelling Mic + AI Great combination for office calls.
