love them
I've been pumping with these for 10 weeks now using a spectra s2 pump and a baby Buddha pump. Works great and I love that they tuck into my bra so I can be hands free.I bought some plain cotton meundies bras just for pumping when I can dress casually. The cups fit perfect in those. They also fit well, but snugly, in my pre-pregnancy size victoria secret bras that I wear to work.I used a set of freemies 4 years ago and I like the cara cups better. They seem to fit me better and produce more milk. The freemies were flatter. I'm amused that the cara cups are advertised as discrete because there's no way they look discrete on my chest, maybe because I have large breasts. They will dump milk out the top if you lean over too far.

Beware of size
After purchasing I realized these are the 28mm flanges and not the usual 24mm that flange size inserts require. When I made the purchase the size was not well advertised, unsure if the listing has been updated. Overall I did like the cups and their ease to clean, you just need to double check flange sizes or you make be struggling like me to find inserts to fit.

No Replacement Parts
I tried reaching out to the seller, but didn't get a response (sent an email and reached out on Amazon). It looks like there are no available replacement parts for these; so every 2 - 4 months (depending on how often and how much you pump) you will have to buy a whole new set (which is costly). I really needed to replace the duckbill valves, but so far have found none that fit the CaraCups. I really liked these when I got them; they were very convenient. But now I can't use them because the duckbill valves need to be replaced and the only way to get those replaced is to buy an entire new set ($60+ expense). I have seen other customers ask the same question; the seller responded to one with a link (which I used). Those duckbill in the link were too large. It's too expensive to spend $60+ every 2 - 4 months.

Ok
Nice option for hands free but quality isn't there for the price.

Love this
I really like these spectra collection cups. They have made pumping with my spectra so much easier. The only issue I have is finding the replacement parts. I can’t find any that fit it. I believe I have to buy an entire set of new collection cups which isn’t the most cost effective knowing these have to get replaced every few months. However, it’s a sacrifice in willing to make to continue to make my pumping journey last.

Really had high hopes
I really wanted to like these. After a couple of months of being strapped to my pump and having to deal with the awkward bottles hanging while trying to do anything around the house and with my baby, I caved and splurged on these. At first, they were great and seemed to give me new freedom. I used them while on a family road trip to see the inlaws, it made pumping the car less awkward. But then the suction started to stop on one. I changed the duck bill valves as instructed, it seemed to fix it, but then the next use, suction stopped again. It feels as if there is an air leak in the fit. I took them apart, cleaned and dried them again, still no luck. They are basically useless now and I refuse to keep spending 12 dollars on the valves to get one pump out of them.

Changed pumping for me
I absolutely LOVE these things. Pumping with traditional flanges was a nightmare for me. My arms and back hurt from holding them and I could not find a pumping bra that held them comfortably and tight enough. With these cups I just toss them in any bra and get to pumping. Pumping is now so much less stressful and care free. I highly recommend these for anyone with a spectra.
