Great 4 dyi
Bought axe for a dyi viking inspired axe. Sanded ,engraved hit with a torch & laqured it. As a decoration or prop its amazing ! But to use as a real work or survial axe this will not last. Head is glued on and handel seems like would break off quickly. So keep in mind you get what you pay for. becareful if you want to use for work.

Cheap gets cheap
Out of the box. Blade is 4 and 1/16 long not 4.5. Nick's in the cutting edge. Painted black and paint is still tacky as in May never actually dry. There is a gap (large enough to stick 3 toothpick in part way in between the head and handle. Throw it in the trunk might find a use someday. Would not recommend nor be the hatchet I take camping.

Handle broke first use and it wasn't from mis use
I bought this for my grandson. The first time he used it, the head came flying off the handle because the handle was defective. Luckily no one was hurt but I strongly recommend you not buy this hatchet.

Axe seems okay, holster is garbage
The holster doesn't seem very high quality, and the buttons don't even click together to close it. Can't get a hold of the seller for any resolution
