I've been taking these magnesium capsules for the last few days and I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and my nervous system. I'm able to sleep better as magnesium is good muscle relaxant and helps my legs at night. I was eating cherries in the summer to help with muscle repair after exercise and so I was pleasantly surprised to see that cherry was an additional nutrient in this supplement. The addition of turmeric is good also for reducing blood sugar levels which can cause inflammation hence aches and pains, and also I've found taking turmeric with this supplement I don't get heart burn like I have with other turmeric supplements. The inclusion of zinc helps absorption of the magnesium as well. The product itself looks good quality and comes in a decent package, however I’m not convinced that it’s actually making any difference. Maybe I need to take it for a bit longer.

Although these capsules are a pretty big size, they are light and easy to swallow. Some of the bigger solid vitamins I struggle to get down but these seem ok. I have had really bad lower back pain\ sciatica which has made it agony to move and bend sometimes. I started taking this at night, 1 a day, and after a few days the pain pretty much goes away. I've had breaks from taking the vitamins due to forgetting every now and then and after a week the pain returns until I start taking them again. I also suffer from sleepwalking. I think they might help a little to have less Sleepwalking episodes, as once again when I stop taking the magnesium, it seems to ramp up.It can be hard sometimes to know if a vitamin is having any effect, but I can't tell when I stop taking them that all these problems return. These are a small price to pay for no back pain! I also can't take any pain medicine due to allergies, so this in effect is like my pain meds for my back, without any side effects

I have had ongoing aches and pains in my arms / shoulders which I have been struggling with for years. My prescribed vitamins and medication do not seem to be working so I decided to look into Magnesium as last resort. Really don’t know if these do anything I definitely notice a real difference when I take solgar magnesium but these have not noticeable affect for me.
