This thing is sturdy, easy to assemble and perfect for a home gym. I used this at Orangetheory and loved it so much I got one because of the versatility in comparison to a big, bulky weight bench. I am 5’3” so this isn’t for anyone above 5’7”.

I am beyond impressed with this bench. It's nice and solid/ study for using it as a stair stepper and has grips for safety. There are 2 different heights to step as well and very easy to change from one to the other. There's 3 different levels of incline for using it as a bench. There's holes going along the side of the bench as well as on the bottom to use resistance bands. Also the weight is perfect enough to be stable for a bench/ step but also light enough where I can move it around. I am blown away and so glad that I came across this.

I was really skeptical at first. The price point is pretty high but i feel my money was truly well spent. It does everything it advertises. it's really useful because it's multipurpose and I'm 5'4 perfect for hipthrust and comfortable too !!!It's a little bigger than I expected but can still be stored under my bed. Perfect for my little gym set up at home!!

Fits great in my home gym set up. I use it for stretching, weights, and a step stool to my yoga swing and pull up bar. Good quality. No complaints.

Sturdy, functional, exactly what I wanted

This bench is nice, sturdy and easy to use. You can do plyo's on it or use it as a cardio step.Negatives: it is short in length and height. I'm short, 5'6 and it barely fits my torso as I lay down for chest press. Also very low, so sit down first, then grab the weights, don't try to sit with weights in your hands.Also, instructions are inside, so put the back up to find them.If it was a little longer and taller, it would be the perfect bench.

This bench is rugged, easily adjustable, folds easily and can be moved easily. You can adjust the height by easily folding the legs underneath. The top quickly adjusts to a back support for additional exercises. It's very sturdy and should last a long time.
