Everything went great. Arrived on time and it works well as expected. Just a reminder, it does not come with a coaxial port, but will easily install on your TV by using the red, white, and yellow cables provided with the unit. Plug into TV at the same color ports for INPUT from the player. Press source or input on your TV remote or menu button on the TV for the correct mode (HDMI 1, HDMI2, Video, etc) until you see your player playing on your TV.

Last chance for a dual player.
This was sort of a last time buy. I found a local seller with the same product at a lower price and kept both. DVD recorders are now approaching this price and dual players will be a thing of the past.

it ate 2 of my husbands favorite tapes that can not be replaced
Sending this product back. the VCR dose not work , it ate 2 of my husbands favorite tapes that can not be replaced. And once you put a tape in you have to turn it upside down and mess with it in order to get it out. We do not want a new one , just want a refund . I know some products are good because my daughter orders from you but this product sucks. You should test these things out before shipping, now I have to send it back . And I want a refund for the warranty we paid for.

Very happy with this product and vendor
I wanted a combination DVD/VCR unit to replace one that died. Very happy with this product and vendor. Listed and labeled as "refurbished," but looked and worked like new. Haven't tried the record modes yet, but no reason to believe that they won't work.

Gave it to a nursing home to replace two dead ones they had, Unfortunately it does't nave a built in tuner, so they still needed the unit with a tuner.

Expected better for the cost
Older than expected. DVD picture/audio just OK. Tapes don't track well. Picture fuzzy and audio sometimes wobbles. Expected better for the cost.

VCR is pretty clunky and struggles a bit.
The VCR is pretty rickety. My VHS'S played just fine on my old tv/vcr combo set until it broke, but this VCR struggles. And it does not want to play my home videos. sad. Dvd works fine.
