Mercers Furniture Corona Grey Wax 2 Door 1 Drawer Wardrobe

AVOID! This is the worst flat pack ever, the screws are badly labelled in the packets, not in any order and the instructions are wrong, there are holes in the wrong places, not enough holes, nothing fits properly, it's a mess, I wish I had never bought it, and the seller is delaying the return. Absolutely terrible.

The end result is fabulous. It is solid, sturdy & has the space for everything I need, & more. It looks amazing & strong enough for my lifetime. I made the right choice but it was far from straightforward building it (the instructions & identifying individual parts could have been better).

I purchased this piece along with a matching TV stand, so my review is the same for both pieces. Be prepared to spend a few hours putting this together. It took my husband and I 3+ hours (with a few breaks for the sake of our mental health) to get this item fully put together. The down side was not a single piece was labeled. The instructions took a good hard look to figure out the pieces and then getting the front/back and top/bottom of each piece figured out, because the pictures weren’t labeled to tell the difference. We did it, but it wasn’t the easiest my any means. A few mistakes that could be undone, and several hours later, we got it! Tools are not included. You need 2 different screw drivers and lots of mental strength to get through! But all in all, I was very pleased with our hard work and the final product, and the price for it, I’d say was worth it. I am a pretty OCD organized person so maybe I took longer with putting it together than most.

Disliked the whole product assembling was awful and awful instructions! Product was damaged had cracks and when standing was not steady! Poor quality! Not worth even £5!!! Seller was rude and tried telling me I don’t have a valid reason to send items back! And said I was “babbling on”❌‼️ AVOID

Took 7 hours to build due to parts not being labelled so it was difficult to assemble

I bought this for my daughter's room. I am used to Mercer's furniture and I have a lot of it but this is an actual nightmare. It was drilled wrongly so the front door supports were held on by dowels only and would not last 2 minutes. Some boards were cracked and some drilled on the wrong side. The company was ok to contact, mostly due to Jayne in customer service. Eventually it was picked up today and now just waiting for my refund and it had better be all of it! I won't be buying Mercers again. I think quality has slipped over the last 5 years and the instructions are just awful.

Very badly made the destructions give a number for the parts but the parts are not numbered, pre-drilled holes that are different shapes and not necessary or needed the list goes on.
