Correct posture, easy assembly,
Easy assembly, Correct reach, nice workout. Many machines have handle mostly in line with pedals, which stops your reach. This machine is ergonomically well designed, very close to the actual rowing motion. The resistance is a bit low, but it's good for zone2 training. It doesn't have a bluetooth connectivity, but I track the workout on my watch with a polar heartstrap. So the workout metrics are independent. Overall a very good machine at this price. Quality and reliable product from Powermax
Quality and reliable product for daily use. My daughter has obese issues but she started liking it. The manual was good enough for me and my wife to assemble it. Even one person can manage it alone. Using it for the last 4 months and i don't have any concerns.
