Q: Does anybody know if this is made n the U.S., elsewhere or china? also did they change the packaging?

This item is made in New Hampshire USA, the design of the packaging has changed over the years, but it is produced wholly in the US and uses the original formula.

Q: Will this discolor white leather/buckskin?

It darkened light tan leather so I personally wouldn't put it on white.

Q: Will this work for black leather coats and vests ?

If it's Leather it will soften & protect.

Q: Can i apply this to leather boots that have recently had one application of kiwi protect-all spray?

I imagine you could but the penetration might not be optimal. This stuff is great at rejuvenating old drier leathers. It saved the leather in y '04 SAAB. might want to heat the leather a little with a hair dryer prior so it can sink in better or do what I do and put the item(s) in a window or out on the deck on a warm day after application it penetrates really well doing this. Not familiar with the KIWI product whether it's silicone or some other configuration. If it's a silicone might wait a bit unless the boots are a tad dry still. I have some 20 year old work oiled boots that are still in petty good shape using this stuff. I add Grizzly Grease in winter for the road chemicals.
