Don't know if it does what it says but it sure feels good. If I notice a difference in the future I will edit my post. I'm repurchasing this just because the way it feels

Box and bottle came on time and intact.The serum itself seems a little too watery to me ("lightweight", I suppose). Doesn't feel like it's doing anything to my skin as I put it on. Maybe I need more time using it.Previous caffeine eye serums I've used (The ordinary) actually feel like they're tightening up my skin while I wear it.Won't return. This product was cheap enough that I'm not devastated over it not working much for me.

I was iffy about using. But I think it works and notice a difference ein puffiness the next day. Definitely try to use 2x a day to see any major results. I feel like my eyes don't look as tired when I do use it

I purchased this because I wake up with puffy eyes and deep under eye circles. As the day goes on it slowly improves. Since the product contains “caffeine” I decided to give it a try. I’ve been using it for more than a solid 14 days now and would use it in the mornings only. I saw no improvement, then I applied at night and in the morning and saw a very faint difference. Finally, I started putting my normal face serum on in the morning followed by this caffeine eye serum. I don’t know what it is, but I finally started seeing results with the under eye puffiness when combined with the other serum! Sorry, I expected results with the single use of this alone. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it if you’re looking for instant results.
