When I make this, it’s so good I feel like I just morphed into a professional chef! Only sad part is I still have to add my own tofu cubes and green onion (and I’ve added too much tofu to be annoying) but this is a great soup, just wish it were cheaper. Also the miso ramen is even better!!!

Usually I make miso soup using the paste... however, I love using powder + hot water in a pinch. These mixes are comparable to the ones I usually buy at the Asian grocery store... super easy and I like that I can add more water to adjust the flavor (without it tasting too watery... if that makes sense). I usually add a little bit more water than the suggested amount for my kids and it tastes less salty, not too diluted.We recently took out on a trip and were able to enjoy miso soup at our hotel!If I could change anything, I would love an option that includes seaweed.Highly recommend!

Cook up delicious soups quickly and easily with this miso powder. I liked using it in tandem with a beef bone broth powder and was very helpful cooking healthy meals on the road during a trip to Alaska recently

I have purchased this a few times because I got used to it, but it is a bit too fishy and salty tasting. This is more like a broth than a soup, no tofu or seaweed included. I have recently switched to another brand I've found on Amazon that has tofu and seaweed included with a much better subtle taste.

I absolutely love these instant Miso soup packets. A mug of miso makes a great light lunch or midday snack, and I sometimes make a mug as an alternative to tea or coffee in the morning. My husband finally decided to try them and now he’s hooked, too! Much better tasking than many brands of miso we can find at our local grocery stores. Will continue buying and keeping these in the pantry.
