I have had this silicone cover for my keyboard for about three years now, and I absolutely adore it. I have ordered two as one has worn down and I could no longer see the letters, but it took about two years to get to that point. If you're wondering if this is a product worth buying the answer is YES. I purchased one for my Chromebook in college and I loved how much it saved my keyboard. I write with sticky things on my fingers, just after working out, spending all night on the town, etc and this keyboard protector has saved my keys. I have been known to type until letters fall out, but because this keeps the keys safe from the abuse of dust or other miscellaneous fluids the keys on my laptop have lasted forever. They aren't even wearing down after three years! The case is nice because you can just lift it free of the keys and rinse it down with soap and water, dry it off, and then it's clean and clear and ready to go. It fits the keys on my Chromebook really well and I've never had a problem with it lifting off the keyboard or making the keys hard to press! Definitely an awesome buy.

It's pretty good for its price I think. The keyboard is ultra thin and barely noticeable when placed on the keyboard, no one can tell you have a keyboard cover except the user.The cover fit my keyboard perfectly (acer chromebook for WORK 14in). Also, you can press down gently on the sides/edges and areas where it touches the chromebook (not the keys) and it kind of attaches itself to the chromebook, like a suction cup. I think it'll really help in keeping out dusts and small particles from going in under the cover and into the keyboard, ultimately really protecting your keyboard to stay extra clean :DMy one complaint would be that the packaging was pretty flimsy, the bottom area of the cover was attached to a paper explaining the product and instructions. When I peeled off the cover from the paper, some of the paper got stuck and peeled off on the keyboard cover, so I had to clean it off..But besides that, for a kind of decent price, this keyboard cover seems like a good, worthy investment :)

This is a great keyboard protector. Fits perfectly and is easy to type on. The keys feel softer with this on. I have the black version, which is a darker black than the original keys, and has a brighter white for the lettering. I highly recommend this protector.

I have a Chromebook that needed to have the keyboard replaced due to the letters on the keys chipping off. I took a chance on this keyboard protector and love it because it: 1) fits perfectly 2) stays in place when you close and carry the Chromebook around 3) keeps the entire keyboard clean from dust and crumbs and 3) has a much better feels and 'throw' than the computer keys themselves. Terrific product!

This is a really nice keyboard skin. The color is great, the protection for the keyboard top notch, and it doesn't substantially change the feel of the keys. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's really hard to "love" a keyboard skin.

I bought this because my cockatiel liked to eat his food on my keys or nap on my keys, and the crumbs and dander already killed one laptop's keys. This caught all of that, and saved this keyboard! It's super simple, just slip it on over the keys, and it works great. You just can't angle your comp too sharply or flip it upside down because it will obviously fall off. Very soft rubber and easy to type on. To clean just pull it off and shake rapidly for a second. Very worth the money! I don't have pics of the product on the keys, but you can see in the picture provided what kind of thing it's good to use for

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant with purchasing this. It's not the biggest issue for me, but in darker rooms the non backlit keyboard can be hard to see at time.. I bought this to not only add a little protection, but also it now almost glows in darker rooms and makes it alot easier to see the letters on each individual key.As far as fitment, I noticed some buyers saying there were issues, but after receiving the keyboard cover, I immediately installed it and was shocked at how similar the keyboard felt with both cover on and off. I can see some not liking this as silicone causes the keys to have a little more grip, but personally I like the added grip it gave.I have tried doing some heavy typing and found that once the cover is initially set on the keyboard correctly, unless you try to intentionally remove the cover, it doesn't seem to move around at all.

This is a durable, seemingly well made cover. It fits the keyboard well, and looks great. It has two problems, though, that are likely to make me not use it:1) It's too thick. It makes the keys feel sort of mushy because when they are depressed the silicone kind of bunches up under your finger instead of traveling all the way with the key. This is particularly bad on the edges and the shift key.2) It's too tacky. I learned to type on an old IBM electric typewriter so my finger strokes have what is probably a bit too much "snap" for a computer keyboard, but the tackiness of the silicone makes my fingers grab while I'm typing, and causes me to either make more errors than I typically do, or have to slow down significantly for accuracy.The keyboard skin I have on my Windows laptop has a much nicer feel, is much thinner, and isn't nearly so tacky. You barely know it's there. Unfortunately, they don't appear to make one for the Acer Chromebook.I really want to love this, because it looks great on my keyboard, but I just can't live with pure form over function. I will have to keep looking.
