So my daughter wants to be Chucky this year and I was trying to find the pieces for her costume and these tattoos popped up as a customer suggestion and they did not disappoint. It merely takes seconds, no instructions come with it but it's just like your old school Cracker Jack box tattoo, not to date myself. Just remove the protective film and cut the desired tattoo on the page to size. Place on the face with graphic face down to the desired area and place a wet paper towel or wash cloth over it and wait 30 -60 seconds and presto..easy.
