Beats cracking 7 dozen eggs, great for cooking.
Tastes good, mixes very easily, and produces excellent results. I find I need a slightly higher temp (2-3F) than normal for a proper set, but that may be my measurement skills. I wish the bag gave by-weight mixing measurements, doing it by the gram or even the ounce would help when I need to make 24 eggs worth of liquid.

Good for baking. No refridgeration needed. Won't turn into a failed science project.
I find myself throwing away store bought eggs for lack of use. But, when I am inspired to bake or use eggs. I find this product to work just fine. I trust this vendor. The price is better than average. I rate this a 5 stars.

Excellent for my recipes!
I was not sure if the egg yolk powder would perform the same as whole eggs (not powdered) but they are GREAT! I followed the directions to use warm water & stirred with a whisk. I used them in lemon pie for both the crust and the filling (all from scratch). Perfect. Can't wait to start baking for the next holiday.

Great for ice cream!
These yolks are great because they will last a very long time and are way easier than separating fresh eggs. We bought an ice cream maker and bought these to use in the ice cream mix. It is obvious when we forget to put them in.

Smells horrendous
I've bought the powdered egg whites for my gluten free bread and thought the powdered egg yolks would be perfect for my pudding addiction...I was very wrong. I can't get over the smell. I thought it might dissipate when it was cooked but it did not. I'm a little bitter about having just wasted 3 cups of milk as I had to toss it. If you are not sensitive to smells, this might be for you. It incorporated easily and thickened nicely.
