Best purchase ever! I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my CMC joints, both hands, I bought this brace and one for my other hand. GAME CHANGER! I can use the dumbbells at the gym again without having to think about support. I don't have to hold back during my workouts anymore!!!

The size small was too big.

I originally was super skeptical about purchasing such an expensive brace for my thumb, when there were many other less expensive options, but they were not "sports" focused. I decided, I cared enough about my thumb joint to give it a try and if it really was a "hoax" I could just return it. After my first game of volleyball, I was a believer, and never leave for practice without it. My thumb is stable enough to even hand set (making sure its a good light pass only), though it takes some practice to get right. I am able to serve, hand set, and spike without issue, and my injured thumb joint is not at risk of bending backward to cause it to reinjure itself.The product packaging was thoughtful, and the instructions on how to put on the brace are informative/easy to follow. They even have a video instruction if you hate reading.The material does get sweaty after playing, so I recommended airing it out after use; handwash as needed.I would highly recommend to anyone suffering a thumb injury. It's worth the money and peace of mind.

Super frustrated the brace came in a plastic baggie. No pictures, instructions. Yes, we can look them up online but super disappointing and frustrating.

I've been using this casually for a UCL with fracture injury. I've worn it mostly during indoor cycling and light workouts. The bracing has been sufficient, and I appreciate the mobility it offers for the rest of my hand. That said, the skin on the back of my hand reacted to the rubbery, grippy material inside the brace, causing itching and burning. A couple of small lesions formed as well. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to remove the material causing this, so I need to find something to cover it if I want to keep using it.

I purchased this brace to support my injured thumb. I highly recommend it for its support and adjustability. My doctor said this was the perfect brace for my problem.

I've had severe arthritis in my right thumb for years. I've got that big arthritic bulge over than joint. Most thumb spicas just don't help or are too uncomfortable. This is quite a bit different. I ordered one for the left as well so I don't put any extra strain on it while working. After just a few hours, I can already feel a difference.One thing - I have VERY small, slender hands and the size small fits well but I'm not sure if they were just a little bit bigger, the brace would fit. I just guessed. I couldn't find a size chart. But give it a try... you might find some relief.
